Keeping in mind our Mission and vision, we have Started our Operations in Ahmedabad and setup a Complete Commercial Tool Room to cater to the various clients who are in the field of Preform manufacturing.
We have invested in the latest State-of-Art Machine Tools to be able to supply Moulds and Dies, Blow moulds, Moulds for Household Products and Precision Component as per client’s demands.
Skilled Manpower & Testing Facilities
We have recruited Mechanical Engineers, Tools Makers from across India to work on Projects. They are trained and well empowered to handle the activities of complete project right from Product Design till trial and testing.
We have total strength of 40 Employees at present.
Apart from the in-house facilities, we have a very strong vendor base to ensure delivery on time as per our commitments.
Our Engineering team ensure that the parts are manufactured as per our standards.
Raw Material
Majorly, we require Tool Steel, Alloy Aluminium and Copper to manufacture the multi-Cavity PET Preform Moulds.
We use imported steels for Manufacturing of Moulds – All European mill materials with Test Certificates is used for mould manufacturing.
The Raw materials are sent for “Lab Test” once received at our premises to ensure that only correct materials are used for Parts manufacturing.
